Maria has worked in startups and scaleups, now in the ecosystem and change is something where she thrives. 🔥So, a strategy of how we face customer success challenges, how to understand where to focus when old rules don't apply, what we measure in a fast-paced environment, how we collaborate with other teams to gain success - all these plus practical cases from Maria's life.
