About the event
Hi there, welcome to the Mastermind Session for Customer Success Leaders!
We meet face-to-face once a month for a casual Friday meetup. No slides! Share a coffee and a good conversation with leaders on the same page as you.
This time, we will talk about scalable portfolio architecture. If you are scaling fast, your customer mix might be uneven. Some ICP customers stay low-touch, while smaller ones behave like an enterprise and consume disproportionate time. The real problem is how to classify and reclassify accounts so CSMs don’t get overwhelmed by raw volume, and so workload reflects actual behavior, not contract size or assumptions. Let's brainstorm on a system that uses objective signals to tier customers, adjust ownership, and avoid overload.
