About the event

Hi there, welcome to the Mastermind Session for Customer Success Leaders!

We meet face-to-face once a month for a casual Friday meetup. No slides! Share a coffee and a good conversation with leaders on the same page as you.


This time, we will discuss customer satisfaction. When and why can CSAT and NPS be useful tools to get valuable insights about our customers, so we can turn them into real actions? How often do we ask for NPS & CSAT, what exactly do we ask, and what do we do with the information we get? What CSAT rank is appropriate and why?


​​For whom is this event? We invite the VP Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, Head of Customer Success, or Team Lead of Customer Success. People who work hard, not so visible on LinkedIn, and solve challenges every day, making our planet spin and our businesses grow.


Our code of conduct: what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Everything we discuss, we keep confidential.90 min, Helsinki city center, SmartCraft (Congrid) office, and a group of 20 people (we booked 2 conference rooms, so, 10+10 as maximum), all around Customer Success.
