Together with Customer Success Network and Herizon, we will host a Customer Success Beginner Boot Camp on Feb 1 in Helsinki. This event would be beneficial for entry-level CSMs, or CSMs who are new in Finland (just relocated), and also for a wider audience:

You will work in a small group, lead by Coach, who will guide you through the framework of Customer Success fundamentals:
- major pillars of Customer Success: Value Realization, Product Adoption, Customer Retention, Upsell & Cross-sell, Churn Prevention;
- what we measure: ARR, Logo Retention, Churn Rate, Product Usage;
- what will make me a good CSM in the first 3 months? (practical tips);
- what will make me a good CSM in first year? (strategic focus).
💪As the Boot Camp attendee, you will get a takeaway printout with you (and a link for a digital copy of it) with phrases that will look good in your CV (my customer retention rate is 85%, my book of business is 100k, ARR and other specific words).
