As a recruiter, you will talk with 4 CSM professionals in a row.
As a CSM, you will be able to get feedback from at least 2 recruiters.
☺️ A feedback you can get from a recruiter:
- specific questions related to your CV CSM (please note, there will be not enough time to get a proper CV review, but a snapshot and the answer for a specific question)
- LinkedIn profile review
- AMA ask me anything (introduce yourself, the most required skills in 2025)
